I am conducting  a study of SIETAR members at large and would like your assistance by placing this announcement and link to the survey on your website, in your newsletter and/or as part of the next general email you send out to you members. The survey requires about 15 minutes to complete.

I am undertaking to update a survey conducted in 2006 on Virtual Technology use among SIETAR members. Your responses are very valuable to ascertaining what technological tools professionals are using in their professional and personal lives, what differences may exist based on the demographics of age, gender, profession and/or culture and demonstrating the importance virtual tools are playing in the delivery of training and consulting services.

This survey is being undertaken by Peter W Hayward, founder of EHI Consulting in consultation with Dr. George Simons of Diversophy.com and Dr. Jolanda Tromp, Consultant Intercultural Global Teamwork, both coauthors of the new Cultural Detective: Global Teamwork. Peter is a long time member of SIETAR and former member of the SIETAR International Governing Board. He has over the past seven years been involved in delivering master workshops and presentations at conferences around the issue of Virtual Technology and its uses.

The information from this survey will be presented for the first time at the SIETAR USA conference in April 14-17, 2010 in Spokane, Washington, USA and afterward through the various SIETAR affiliate sites and journals and Facebook group site, as well as in through EHI Consulting web site.
